We only build on AMD.
Not because of a marketing arrangement. Because the Ryzen and Threadripper roadmap has out-engineered Intel's for five years and the gap is widening. When that stops being true, we will say so publicly. Until then, the decision is made.
We refuse proprietary parts.
Every component in a Typhoon can be bought at a retail counter, replaced by a competent shop, and upgraded without asking permission. This is not a feature. It is a position.
Every build is tested before it ships.
Twelve hours under sustained load for gaming and high-performance builds. Ninety minutes for admin builds, where the specification doesn't warrant more and the test exists to catch failures before delivery. The test is scaled to the machine, not to the marketing. Builds that fail are rebuilt.
Every Typhoon has a builder.
Not a production line. Not a SKU. A person, whose name is on the build log. Ask, and we will tell you who built yours.
A three-year warranty is the floor, not the ceiling.
We build so the second owner inherits a working machine. The warranty is what we are legally committed to. The expectation is longer.
